("we", "us" or "the Company"), with registered office at 19th Floor, Sathorn Square Tower, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand, registered under company number 0105562089471, is the data controller of the personal data processed through this website. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of the Kingdom of Thailand.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect data that you provide voluntarily through the newsletter and consultation form, namely: full name and email address. Additionally, we automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, and referring URL.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: (i) responding to your request for information about the residential property participation programme; (ii) sending commercial communications related to our programme and active projects; (iii) complying with legal obligations applicable to the Company; (iv) statistical analysis of the use of the website. The legal basis is your explicit consent and the legitimate interest of the Company.
4. Data retention
Personal data is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case for a maximum of five (5) years from the last contact, except where a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email service providers, analytics) under data processing agreements. Personal data may be transferred outside Thailand only with adequate safeguards as required by the PDPA.

In accordance with the PDPA, you may exercise the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@thairealestatecrowd.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure a level of security in accordance with the risk, including TLS encryption of communications, restricted access to data, and regular review of security policies.
